Plant a Yard Sign

Getting a yard sign is an easy and effective way to take action. (Design: Zack Hess)

Request a yard sign

Email BradleeHess@gmail.com to get the yard sign sign above planted in the front yard of the residence of the address you provide. If you live in Maryland but are outside the municipal boundaries of University Park, Riverdale Park, College Park, or Hyattsville, we can make other arrangements for you to receive a yard sign.

The yard sign is 24 inches wide and 18 inches high. It is double sided and weather proof. To be efficient, your request for a yard sign is your permission for us to place it in the ground in your front yard. Move it wherever you wish but understand that in most municipalities, the grass strip between sidewalk and curb is a right of way where sign placement is not legal. If you lack a yard, we will put the sign next to the front door.

Another way to help with the yard sign campaign

Brad Hess paid to have a hundred signs printed, and will order and pay for more as needed. This is only sustainable if you contribute to cover the cost of producing the signs. If you already had a design and wanted one double-sided sign made up, it would cost at least $30. Some folks will not contribute. That’s okay. But if you want to help, PayPal Brad a contribution.

If this really starts to take off, it might necessitate organizing as a proper non-profit organization or employing different methods. But for now, we’ll handle the yard sign campaign with informal, personal contributions. Better to do something now than to continue to go crazy suffering through this obnoxious and unnecessary noise barrage.
